The House

Casa Loma offers you and your guests comfort and luxury with a spacious open living area, a library, study, two guest bedrooms (each with a private half bath) a full guest bath and a grand master suite. You can take a look at the floor plan on the Specifications page. But before you do that, take a look around the interior of the house here!

The open gallery area in the main part of the house provides many spots to showcase artwork. Seven skylights, each with a pyramid-shaped stained glass cap, in colors representing the seven chakras, flood the room with light. After dark, discretely placed lighting shines on artwork.

Off the gallery, a small room, with a copper-lined skylight, could serve as a small office, a study, an exercise room or a meditation retreat.

The sunroom, accessed from either the master bedroom or the deck, has floor-to-ceiling windows, a second kiva fireplace, attractive lighting and direct access outside. Stretching along a portion of the south and west sides of the house, the sunroom provides a passive heating area to help heat the house in the winter and is large enough for lounging and dining.

The sunroom offers fantastic views. Dining just off the deck, with fantastic views of the Valley and Mt. Blanca.

Last, but not least, a laundry room is conveniently located between the master bath and the guest bath. Custom cabinets and a large laundry sink are included.

It's hard to see from a group of picures how well the floorplan flows. This house was designed for easy living. Stained concrete floors, top-of-the-line wood-clad Pella windows, comfortable appointments . . . it all adds up to a home that's as easy to care for as it is to enjoy. Come see for yourself!
